Cancellation policy

We value the time and care we provide for you and ask for 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a payment of 100% of that service. Upon booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by this policy.

Illness and emergencies come up unexpected, so please give us as much notice as possible should one of these factors prevent you from coming in for your appointment.

Please reschedule your appointment should you have had a fever in the past 24 hours, have a contagious skin condition or are unwell. Providing a safe and healthy environment for our staff and clients is our top priority.

 

Late policy

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate you but this may not always be possible. Your massage therapy session will be shortened to avoid delays for other clients and will be charged your full appointment time.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment to fill out a health history form and prepare for your treatment. For follow up appointments please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.

 

Retail

All our retail items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. You can consult your therapist on the appropriate homecare materials you need.
